调制方式对烤烟和白肋烟农药残留量的影响

Influence of curing methods on pesticide residues in flue-cured and burley tobacco

  • 摘要: 为揭示不同调制方式对烟草中农药残留量的影响,采用HPLC-LTQ Orbitrap MS分析方法,以钙离子含量(质量分数)校正调制后烟叶中的农药残留量,并分析了烘烤和晾制两种调制方式对吡蚜酮、吡虫啉、溴氰虫酰胺、高效氯氟氰菊酯、菌核净、甲基硫菌灵、仲丁灵和马来酰肼等8种农药残留量的影响。结果表明:通过钙离子含量变化的分析,烘烤和晾制过程中烟叶干物质大量消耗,分别达到29.0%和52.2%;调制期间烟叶中残留农药均出现降解,但不同调制方式对农药残留量的影响不同,烘烤与晾制过程中8种农药分别降解28.1%~57.9%和45.1%~72.1%,其中晾制过程中烟叶残留农药的降解率更高。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the effects of different curing methods on pesticide residues in tobacco, HPLC-LTQ Orbitrap MS method was used to analyze the residues of pymetrozine, imidacloprid, cyantraniliprole, λ-cyhalothrin, dimethachlon, methyl-thiophanate, butralin and maleic hydrazide on flue-cured and air-cured tobacco. The contents of pesticide residues in cured tobacco leaves were calibrated by calcium ion content. The results showed that according to the variation of calcium ion content, the contents of dry matter in tobacco leaves were massively consumed by 29.0% and 52.2% during flue-curing and air-curing, respectively. The residues of the eight pesticides in tobacco leaves degraded in both curing processes, however different curing methods had different effects on the content of pesticide residues. The degradation rates of the eight pesticides were 28.1%-57.9% and 45.1%-72.1% during flue-curing and air-curing, respectively. The degradation rates of residual pesticides in air-cured tobacco leaves were higher.
