再造烟叶生产浓缩过程中挥发性香味成分的变化

Variations of volatile aroma components during concentrating process of reconstituted tobacco production

  • 摘要: 为研究再造烟叶生产浓缩过程中挥发性香味成分的变化,采用同时蒸馏萃取-气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法测定了样品中234种挥发性香味成分。结果表明:①烟草提取液浓缩过程中平均约30%左右的挥发性香味成分损失,其中羧酸酯类化合物、烟碱和新植二烯分别减少约71.32%、73.15%和54.46%;浓缩过程中,有少量香味成分生成。②提取液中平均约32%的挥发性香味成分转移到浓缩蒸发冷凝水中,其中醇类、脂肪酸酯类和烷烃类化合物分别转移至浓缩蒸发冷凝水中50.67%、54.31%和62.55%,新植二烯转移至浓缩蒸发冷凝水中63.25%。③浓白水中挥发性香味成分的量较少;但烟碱的质量分数很高,每吨浓白水中含烟碱约7.93 g。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the variations of volatile aroma components during the concentrating process of reconstituted tobacco production, volatile aroma components were extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) method. A total of 234 components were separated by gas chromatography (GC) and identified by time of flight mass spectrometry (TOFMS). The results showed that:1) The average loss of the total volatile components during concentrating was about 30%, in which the contents of carboxylic acid esters, nicotine and neophytadiene were reduced by about 71.32%, 73.15% and 54.46%, respectively. Meanwhile, the concentrating process was accompanied by the generation of some new aroma components. 2) About 32% of volatile aroma components were transferred from extract solution to concentrated evaporation condensate, in which the transfer amounts of alcohols, fatty acid esters, alkanes and neophytadiene were 50.67%, 54.31%, 62.55%, and 63.25% respectively. 3) The content of volatile aroma components in white water was negligible, while nicotine content at 7.93 g per ton of white water.
