Analysis and optimization of training modules for tobacco-grading staff

  • 摘要: 通过分析复烤厂烟叶分级人员的培训模式,归纳出5种主要模式,同时利用生产中的烟叶对分级人员进行分级能力测试。将参训人员分为基础好与基础差2类,分别有2种和3种对应的培训模式,利用正态拟合、参数/非参数检验的统计方法对不同培训模式的培训效果进行比较,以找出最优的培训模式。结果表明:①基础好类人员,不论是采用侧重实践的培训,还是侧重分级理论的培训,参训人员均能取得预期的培训效果,两个培训模式之间差异较小。②基础差类人员,采用模式3的培训方法(理论讲解与实际操作相结合),参训人员的成绩提升较快,适用于一线分级人员培训。

     

    Abstract: Five major training modules for tobacco-grading staff working in tobacco redrying factories were analyzed and summarized. Their tobacco-grading ability was tested via redried tobacco leaves during processing, then the staff was divided into a high-ability group and a low-ability group in order to fit their development with further two and three corresponding training modules, respectively. To find out the optimal training module to each group, the effects of the different training modules were compared by a normal fitting test and parametric/nonparametric test. The results showed that:1) Irrespective of practical or theoretical training, all the grading staff in the high-ability group could achieve expected training targets. The difference between the two training modules was small for this group. 2) The scores for the low-ability group were able to improve quickly through the training module 3 (integrating theory with practice), therefore the training module 3 was suitable for upskilling the grading staff in the production line.
