卷接机组并行鼓轮新型截风挡块的设计

Design of new type air blocking blocks for shifting drum in filtered cigarette maker

  • 摘要: 为解决卷接机组并行鼓轮上的滤棒段因平移不到位而发生掉落问题,通过对并行鼓轮的结构原理进行分析,采用流体分析和仿真方法对截风挡块进行了改进。在保留截风和止挡功能的基础上,增加了气流封闭和导向以及滤棒段定位功能,通过提高轮槽内吸风强度,使滤棒段平移到位后持续受到吸附,消除了输送交接时出现的回退现象。以两台ZJ116卷接机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后设备停机次数明显减少,避免了并行鼓轮对塑料板产生割裂式磨损,滤棒段掉落和搓板堵塞次数减少3.9次/日,塑料板更换数量减少25块/年。该技术可为提高卷接机组运行稳定性提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent filter plugs in the shifting drum from dropping off due to out of position, by analyzing the structure of the shifting drum, the air blocking blocks were modified via fluid analysis and simulation methods. Besides air blocking and shifted filter plug stopping, the functions of airflow sealing and guiding, and filter plug positioning were added. The suction in the shifting drum was intensified to ensure that the filter plugs were firmly held in the grooves by suction after arriving at their right positions, and ensure that the filter plugs were smoothly conveyed and transferred. Test running was carried out on two ZJ116 cigarette makers, the results showed that the times of machine shutdown significantly reduced, the mechanical wear of the plastic plate caused by shifting drum was avoided; the times of filter dropping off and rolling plate jam decreased by 3.9 times per day, and plastic plate replacement decreased by 25 pieces per year. This technique provides a technical support for promoting the running stability of cigarette maker.
