Modification of final cutting unit in MAX1-8 filter assembler

  • 摘要: 为解决MAX1-8接装机生产空管二元复合滤嘴烟支时存在滤嘴切口毛边、接装纸褶皱等问题,通过对烟支切割原理进行分析,采用高略契金常数定理和正交试验的方法,对最后切割装置的支撑方式、圆刀转速和规格等进行了改进。改进后圆刀转速可达2 000 r/min,圆刀、夹刀板的最佳参数组合为圆刀直径92 mm,厚度0.2 mm,夹刀板直径72 mm,有效降低了滤嘴烟支的切割力。以PROTOS1-8卷接机组生产的“古田光芒”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后每1 000支烟中滤嘴切割缺陷烟支数量为零,卷烟纸消耗减少170 m/万支,接装纸消耗减少0.116 kg/万支。该方法可为提高复合滤嘴烟支切割质量提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the defectives of rough filter edge and wrinkled tipping of cavity dual filter cigarettes made by MAX1-8 filter assembler, the support means, circular knife speed and specifications of final cutting unit were modified by means of Goryachkin's constant theorem and orthogonal test. The circular knife speed was raised up to 2 000 r/min, the optimal parameters were knife diameter 92 mm, thickness 0.2 mm and knife clampers' diameter 72 mm, under which the cutting force on filter cigarettes was effectively reduced. Cigarettes of brand "GU TIAN SHINE" were tested on PROTOS1-8 cigarette maker. The results showed that the amount of cigarettes with defective filter cut per thousand cigarette was zero, the consumption of cigarette paper and tipping paper decreased by 17 meters and 11.6 grams per thousand cigarettes. This method provides a technical support for promoting the cutting quality of dual filter cigarettes.
