植物研究中的流式细胞术及其在烟草中的应用进展

  • 摘要: 流式细胞术作为一种快速、灵敏的细胞分析分选技术,目前已广泛应用于植物学研究的多个领域。为了拓展流式细胞术在烟草研究中的应用范围,介绍了流式细胞仪的工作原理,并阐述了流式细胞术在植物细胞核DNA含量和倍性分析、植物核型分析及分选、细胞分选与其他技术的联合等学科领域的应用概况。在总结流式细胞术在烟草相关研究领域应用现状的基础上,展望了流式细胞术在烟草单细胞组学、病害防治和烟气毒理学检测等方面进一步研究与应用的可能性。

     

    Abstract: Flow cytometry is a rapid and sensitive technology in cell analysis and sorting. At present, it has been widely used in many fields of plant research. In order to explore the application of flow cytometry in tobacco research, this article described the working principle of flow cytometry, and reviewed the current application of flow cytometry in plant research, such as DNA content in plant nuclear and ploidy analysis, chromosomal karyotype analysis and sorting, cell sorting and integrating with other technologies. Furthermore, the applications of flow cytometry in tobacco research were reviewed, and the possibility of further application in tobacco single-cell omics, disease control and cigarette smoke toxicology detection was prospected.
