Modification of tobacco rod separating drum in PROTOS 2-2 cigarette maker

  • 摘要: 为解决PROTOS2-2卷接机组烟条分离轮无法快速更换滤嘴长度规格等问题,在不改变卷接机组结构的前提下,对烟条分离轮进行了改进设计。改进后烟条分离轮不再使用凸轮机构,通过对称设置于分离轮内部的摆动盘来控制滑块的分离行程,不需要更换零件即可实现分离行程的快速调整。以ZJ116A卷接机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后烟条分离轮最大分离行程为83.6 mm,能够实现烟支滤嘴长度规格的快速更换,提高了生产效率;在14 000支/min生产速度下分离轮运行平稳,生产的烟条外观无褶皱、无挤压,满足工艺规范要求。该方法可为提升卷接设备智能化水平提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to make filter length change quickly in PROTOS2-2 cigarette maker, the tobacco rod separating drum was modified while keeping the structure of the maker unchanged. Instead of the cam mechanism, the slide blocks were driven by the swing plates symmetrically installed inside the separating drum, and the separating stroke could be adjusted rapidly without changing parts. The modified separating drum was tested on a ZJ116A filter cigarette maker, the results showed that the maximum separating stroke reached 83.6 mm. At the production speed of 14 000 cigarette/min, the modified separating drum ran stably, and no wrinkled or squeezed cigarette was found. This method provides a technical support for promoting the intellectualization of cigarette makers.
