基于凸轮滑块结构的细支爆珠滤棒植珠装置

Capsule planting device for slim filter rod based on cam-slider mechanism

  • 摘要: 为解决细支爆珠滤棒在成型过程中存在的运行速度低和缺珠率高等问题,采用凸轮滑块结构设计了一种植珠装置。通过分析滑块运动规律,计算了凸轮轮廓线,并对压力角进行了验算,确定了凸轮结构的合理性。以YL22滤棒成型机组为对象,对凸轮滑块式和JK-4AE型植珠装置生产的爆珠滤棒进行对比测试,结果表明:①在成型速度60~100 m/min范围内,采用凸轮滑块式植珠装置生产的爆珠滤棒缺珠率≤0.01‰,显著低于JK-4AE型装置,且满足工艺规范要求;②改进后成型机组最高运行速度由80 m/min提高到150 m/min,有效提高了生产效率。该方法可为改善细支爆珠滤棒产品质量提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: To plant capsules into slim filter rods rapidly and accurately, a capsule planting device was designed on the basis of cam-slider mechanism. Through analyzing the movement of slider, cam profile was calculated, and the pressure angle was checked. A comparison test was carried out on a YL22 filter rod maker between cam-slider type and JK-4AE type capsule planting devices. The results showed that:1) Within the running speed of 60-100 m/min, the capsule missing rate of filter rods manufactured by cam-slider type device was ≤ 0.01‰, which was significantly lower than that by JK-4AE type device. 2) The maximum running speed of filter rod maker increased from 80 to 150 m/min, and the production efficiency was promoted. This method provides a technical support for improving the quality of capsuled slim filter rod.
