小规格分拣线自动码垛算法的设计

Design of automatic palletizing algorithm for small-scale cigarette carton sorting line

  • 摘要: 为解决不同包装尺寸条烟进行码垛时,因垛型不稳定造成卷烟损伤等问题,通过对条烟包装尺寸、订单组成、垛型规律进行分析,建立了理想垛型的多个约束条件及目标值,基于小规格分拣线提出了一种自动码垛算法。以北京烟草物流中心为对象,对由标准烟、细支烟、异型烟混合构成的7种订单进行测试,结果表明:自动码垛算法能够适用所有订单情况,码垛耗时不超过1 s/条,烟包条烟数量不超过20条/包,烟包大小和数量均可满足配送作业要求。该方法可为提高小规格分拣线工作效率和适应性提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to avoid the cigarette package damage caused by unstable palletizing shape piled up by cigarette cartons of different sizes, constraint conditions and target values for ideal palletizing shapes were defined. By analysis of cigarette carton size, the make-up of the order and rules of palletizing shape, an automatic palletizing algorithm for small-scale sorting line was proposed. Seven kinds of orders made up of standard cigarettes, slim cigarettes and special cigarettes were tested in Beijing Tobacco Logistics Center, the results showed that the automatic palletizing algorithm was adaptable to all the seven kinds of orders. It took no more than 1 s to pile a carton on a pallet, one parcel contained no more than 20 cartons, both the size and quantity of parcel satisfied the requirements of delivery operation. This method provides a technical support for improving the efficiency and adaptability of small-scale sorting line.
