基于主流烟气化学成分的卷烟风格剖析

Analysis of cigarette style characteristics based on chemical components in mainstream cigarette smoke

  • 摘要: 为了研究卷烟品牌的风格特征,采用气相色谱/质谱法分析了25种国内市售烤烟型卷烟的主流烟气化学成分,对主流烟气中的335种化学成分的释放量进行了独立样本t检验和主成分分析。独立样本t检验结果显示:试验组卷烟有15种成分释放量显著低于对照组卷烟,有17种成分释放量显著高于对照组卷烟,且其中6种释放量显著较高的成分具有增甜效果。主流烟气的主成分空间图表明:试验组卷烟基本处于同一平面,表现出一定共性,进一步的研究表明这种共性特征与烟气中具有保润作用的化合物密切相关。该研究结果为卷烟品牌风格的剖析提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to study style characteristics of cigarette brands, the chemical components in mainstream cigarette smoke of 25 leading cigarette brands were determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The yields of 335 chemical components in mainstream cigarette smoke were studied with independent sample t test and principal component analysis. The results of independent sample t test showed that the yields of 15 components in mainstream cigarette smoke of test group were significantly lower than control group samples. The yields of 17 components of test group were relatively higher than control group samples, where 6 components are known to have a sweetening effect. The results of principal component analysis indicated that most of test group samples were located in the same plane with shared commonness. Further study suggested that the shared commonness was closely related to moisture-retaining components in smoke. The above results provide technical support for study of style characteristics of cigarette brands.
