片烟复烤机回潮段加温加湿系统的改进设计

  • 摘要: 为解决片烟复烤机加工过程中片烟含水率控制精度低、蒸汽和用水消耗大等问题,采用汽水分离、分区多点喷射、精确控制加水量等方法对片烟复烤机回潮段加温加湿系统进行设计。改进后取消了汽水混合喷嘴管路系统,将蒸汽管路和加湿水管路分开设置并独立控制,根据物料出口含水率自动控制高压雾化水喷嘴管路加水量,实现温度和加水量的精确控制。以KG235C片烟复烤机为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后实现了回潮段加温加湿的自动控制,含水率控制精度达到0.1%,片烟含水率CV值降低0.42百分点,蒸汽耗量降低35.2%,耗水量降低85.3%。该技术为提升片烟均质化水平提供了支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the control precision of moisture content in tobacco strips and reduce steam and water consumption during strip redrying, the moistening system in the reordering section of strip redryer was modified by isolating water from steam, multi-zone multi-point injection and precise control of water supply. The pipeline system for steam-water mixing nozzle was removed, and steam pipeline and water pipeline were controlled separately. The system automatically controls the water supply to the high pressure water atomizing nozzle according to the moisture content in the strips at outlet to achieve the precise control of temperature and water application. A KG235C strip redryer was tested, the results showed that the heating and humidifying in the reordering section were controlled automatically, the precision of moisture control reached 0.1%. The coefficient of variation of moisture content in strips increased by 0.42 percentage points, steam and water consumption reduced by 35.2% and 85.3% respectively. This technology provides a support for promoting the homogenization of tobacco strips.
