Design of independently driving system for cigarette packet drying and discharging unit in ZB45 packer

  • 摘要: 为解决ZB45包装机组烟包干燥输出装置生产细支烟时因烟包倾斜产生阻塞问题,基于独立驱动的原理,设计了一种采用交流伺服电动机独立驱动的烟包干燥输出装置。改进后取消了主传动箱输出的动力,通过改变交流伺服电动机控制参数快速调整输送带的步进量,实现输送带与烟包同步运行;将单O型带改为双O型带,改进输送带的驱动方式。以玉溪卷烟厂生产"红塔山(细支传奇)"等细支烟为对象对该装置进行测试,结果表明:改进后烟包堵塞次数减少25.3次/天,提高了设备运行效率。该方法可为改善包装机组的生产适应性提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to avoid the jam in packet drying and discharging unit in ZB45 packer due to packet inclination when slim cigarettes were packed, an independently driving system was designed, wherein the cigarette packet drying and discharging unit was driven independently by an AC servo motor through tow round driving belts.By changing control parameters, the conveying belt could be rapidly synchronized with cigarette packets.The modified unit was tested on slim cigarette brand "Hongtashan (Superslim Legend)" in Yuxi Cigarette Factory.The results showed that the frequency of packet jam reduced by 25.3 times per day and machine efficiency was promoted.This method provides a technical support for improving the adaptability of packers.
