基于ANSYS有限元分析的膨胀烟丝浸渍器压料装置设计

Design of tobacco pressing device in impregnator for tobacco expansion based on ANSYS finite element analysis

  • 摘要: 为解决干冰膨胀烟丝生产线浸渍器内顶部烟丝浸渍效果差等问题,通过对浸渍器工作过程进行分析,设计了一种圆锥形浸渍器压料装置。通过关闭浸渍器上盖带动压料装置动作,避免顶部烟丝浮于液态二氧化碳液面之上,进而提高烟丝浸渍效果;采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对压料装置受力进行分析,验证其设计合理性。以宁波卷烟厂生产的膨胀烟丝为研究对象进行测试,结果表明:加装压料装置后浸渍器内顶部烟丝填充值提高3.786 cm3/g,膨胀率提高125.5%。该技术可为提高卷烟产品质量、完善膨胀烟丝生产工艺提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to even the exposure of tobacco to CO2 inside the impregnator in dry ice expanded tobacco (DIET) system, a cone-shaped tobacco pressing device was designed. Driven by the top lid of the impregnator, the device pressed on the cut tobacco firmly to prevent it from floating on the liquid CO2 while the lid was closed. The load acted on the pressing device was analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to verify the rationality of the design. The pressing device was tested on the DIET system in Ningbo Cigarette Factory, the results showed that the filling value and expansion rate of upper layer cut tobacco increased by 3.786 cm3/g and 125.5% respectively. This technology provides technical supports for promoting cigarette quality and improving cut tobacco expanding technology.
