贮柜耙料机构的设计

Design of raking mechanism for cut tobacco silo

  • 摘要: 为解决制丝生产中贮柜采用拨料装置出料均匀性差、烟丝造碎率较高等问题,应用齿轮副传动技术设计了一种贮柜耙料机构。通过改变耙钉拨料方向,使耙钉成一定角度插入物料中,由平行移动的耙钉夹带物料下落,改进后耙钉与物料为点接触,可减小烟丝受力程度,降低对物料的冲击。以澄城卷烟厂生产的"好猫"牌卷烟配套烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:与拨料装置相比,采用耙料机构的出料整丝率提高0.51百分点,且物料受力大小可控,降低了物料加工强度,减少了烟丝造碎率。该技术可为提高卷烟均质化生产水平提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the uniformity of tobacco discharged from cut tobacco silo and reduce tobacco breakage, a raking mechanism was designed by means of gear pair transmission. The mechanism inserts spikers into the bulk tobacco at a defined angle via changing the spiker's movement direction, and carries cut tobacco down through the parallel movement of spikers. The point contacts between tobacco and spikers generate less impact on cut tobacco. The cut tobacco for cigarette brand "Good Cat" was tested in Chengcheng Cigarette Factory, and the results showed that comparing with picker roller, raking mechanism increased integral strand proportion by 0.51 percentage points. The stress on cut tobacco was controllable and decreased the processing intensity and breakage of cut tobacco. This technology provides a technical support for promoting the consistency of cigarette manufacturing.
