卷烟滤棒成型送丝喷嘴内气流场的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of air flow field inside tow transport jet in filter rod maker

  • 摘要: 为进一步稳定卷烟滤棒成型质量,使用Solidworks建立了卷烟滤棒送丝喷嘴的流体域几何模型,利用多物理场仿真软件Comsol Multiphysics对送丝喷嘴内的气流场进行模拟,得到喷嘴内气流场分布情况;结合气流场数据利用Matlab对建立的纤维运动模型进行求解,得到纤维在送丝喷嘴内的运动情况。结果表明:内外套间隙对喷嘴内气流场分布和纤维运动状况影响较大,随着间隙增大喷嘴内气流场不对称性分布越来越明显,且纤维平均偏移距离增大。因此,减小喷嘴间隙可以降低滤棒吸阻波动。

     

    Abstract: In order to further stabilize filter rod forming, a geometry model of fluid domain of filter rod tow transport jet was developed with Solidworks. The air flow field inside the jet was simulated by Comsol Multiphysics to obtain the air flow field distribution inside the jet. The developed fiber moving model was solved by Matlab based on the data of air flow field to grasp the movement of fiber inside the jet. The results showed that the clearance between the sleeves influenced the air flow field distribution and fiber's movement inside the jet greatly, the deviation of air flow distribution and fiber alignment inside the jet increased with the increase of the clearance. Therefore, reducing the clearance of the jet could alleviate the fluctuation of the pressure drop of filter rod.
