Effects of cigarette paper permeability on burning status of slim cigarettes

  • 摘要: 为了研究卷烟纸透气度对于细支卷烟燃烧状态的影响,利用实验室自行研制的卷烟燃吸温度分布检测仪对不同卷烟纸透气度的细支卷烟样品(30~80 CU)在燃吸过程中的燃烧状态进行实验分析。结果表明:①随着卷烟纸透气度的增大,细支卷烟未点燃吸阻R未点燃逐渐减小,点燃吸阻R点燃先降低再升高,在透气度为60 CU时发生转折。②抽吸过程中细支卷烟燃烧锥特征温度T0.5均值和燃烧锥体积V均值先减小后增大,最小值出现在60 CU处。③抽吸过程平均燃烧速率随着卷烟纸透气度的增大先减小后增大,在透气度为60 CU时出现转折。④在抽吸过程中,燃烧锥的最高温度(Tmax)最大值随着透气度的增大先上升后降低,在透气度为70 CU时最大。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effects of cigarette paper permeability on the burning status of slim cigarettes, the burning temperature of slim cigarette samples with different cigarette paper permeability (30-80 CU) was experimentally analyzed via an in-house cigarette burning temperature tester. The results showed that:with the increase of cigarette paper permeability from 30 to 80 CU, 1) the draw resistance of unlit slim cigarette (Runlit) decreased gradually and that of lit slim cigarette (Rlit) decreased first and then increased, the transition happened at the permeability of 60 CU; 2) the average characteristic temperature (T0.5) and volume (V) of burning cone decreased first and then increased during puffing, the minimum emerged at 60 CU; 3) the average burning rate decreased first and then increased during puffing, the minimum appeared at 60 CU; 4) the maximum of highest temperature in burning cone (Tmax) raised first and then lowered during puffing, the peak appeared at 70 CU.
