两段式烘丝机控制模式对烟丝含水率的影响

Influences of control modes of two-section cylinder dryer on moisture content in dried cut tobacco

  • 摘要: 为研究KLD3-2Z两段式滚筒烘丝机不同控制模式对出口烟丝含水率控制水平的影响,分析了不同工艺参数、固定筒温和固定热风温度控制模式以及筒温分区控制等控制模式的加工性能。结果表明:①两段式薄板烘丝机的脱水能力主要依赖于筒壁温度,而热风温度起到辅助作用。②相对于筒壁温度的跟踪调节方式,热风温度的跟踪调节对出口含水率稳定性带来的干扰相对较小,且总体感官质量略有提升。③随着出口含水率设定值的增加,筒温前高后低、前低后高和前后一致三种控制模式下两区域筒壁温度均降低,热风温度保持稳定,出口含水率的变化趋势较一致,采用筒温前高后低控制模式时卷烟感官质量较好。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the influences of different control modes of KLD3-2Z two-section cylinder dryer on the moisture content in dried tobacco, the processing performance under the conditions of different technical parameters and the control modes of constant cylinder wall temperature, constant hot air temperature, and zone control of cylinder wall temperature were analyzed. The results showed that:1) The dehydration ability of two-section thin plate cylinder dryer mainly depended on cylinder wall temperature, and aided by hot air temperature. 2) Comparing with the adjustment of cylinder wall temperature, the adjustment of hot air temperature had relatively less influence on the stability of moisture content in dried tobacco, and promoted the overall sensory quality of cigarette slightly. 3) With the increase of set moisture content in dried tobacco, the cylinder wall temperature reduced in two sections, hot air temperature kept steady and the moisture content in dried tobacco presented a uniform variation trend in general. The cut tobacco dried under the control mode of high-to-low cylinder wall temperature (in the direction of tobacco flowing) might offer better smoking quality.
