凉山烟区土壤有机碳组分特征及与烟叶化学成分的关系

Characteristics of soil organic carbon components and their relationship with tobacco chemical components in Liangshan tobacco-planting areas

  • 摘要: 为明确植烟土壤有机碳组分特征与烟叶质量的关系,采集并分析了凉山10个产烟县的土壤和烟叶样品。结果表明:①凉山烟区土壤有机碳总量及高、中、低活性有机碳含量的范围分别在2.24~27.84、0.16~1.43、0.51~3.46和0.65~4.64 g·kg-1之间;土壤碳氮比在2.52~23.75之间,变异幅度较大。②土壤有机碳总量及高、中、低活性组分含量均与碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾、全氮含量呈极显著正相关,表明土壤有机碳对土壤肥力有重要的指示作用。③土壤有机碳含量较高时,烟叶总植物碱和总氮含量较高的样品占比明显增加;土壤碳氮比较低时,总植物碱含量较高的样品占比明显下降。表明土壤有机碳对烟叶总植物碱和总氮含量有重要影响。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the relationship between the characteristics of soil organic carbon components and the quality of tobacco leaves, the samples of soils and tobacco leaves were collected from 10 tobacco-planting areas in Liangshan and analyzed. The results showed that:1) The contents of total soil organic carbon and high, medium and low active organic carbon in Liangshan tobacco-planting areas were 2.24-27.84, 0.16-1.43, 0.51-3.46 and 0.65-4.64 g·kg-1, respectively. The carbon/nitrogen ratio in soils ranged from 2.52 to 23.75 with a large variation. 2) The contents of total soil organic carbon and high, medium and low active organic carbon extremely significantly positively correlated to the contents of alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and total nitrogen, which indicated that soil organic carbon was an important indicator for soil fertility. 3) When organic carbon contents in soils were higher, the proportion of tobacco samples with higher total alkaloid and total nitrogen contents increased significantly. When soil carbon/nitrogen ratio was lower, the proportion of tobacco samples with higher total alkaloid content decreased remarkably, which suggested that soil organic carbon had important effects on the contents of total alkaloid and total nitrogen in tobacco leaves.
