  • 摘要: 为提供细支滤棒丝束规格选择依据,选取7个规格细支滤棒用丝束,使用多元线性回归方法,构建了适用于细支滤棒丝束选择的压降模型,制作细支滤棒丝束特性曲线,建立了适用于细支卷烟的烟气过滤效率经验方程,形成细支滤棒丝束规格选择指南:①围绕卷烟设计要求,确定滤嘴圆周及长度、过滤效率范围,通过烟气过滤经验方程,初步计算得出丝束单旦及滤嘴压降的范围。②列出符合要求的丝束规格,通过滤棒压降模型,作出不同丝束的特性曲线图。综合考虑图中的最佳成型区间、丝束填充量、滤棒硬度等因素,最终筛选合适丝束规格。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide references for the selection of slim filter rod tow for slim cigarettes, slim tows of seven items were preselected, and a pressure drop model of the filter rods made of those selected tows was developed by multiple linear regression. The property curves were formed, and an empirical equation of filtration efficiency was established as a guide for slim tow item selection:1) Determining the ranges of circumference, length and filtration efficiency of filter according to cigarette design; preliminarily calculating the ranges of filament denier of tow and pressure drop of filter via the empirical equation of filtration efficiency. 2) Listing the tow items which satisfied the requirements; drawing the property curves of different tows via the filter rod pressure drop model; finally selecting suitable tow items by taking the property curves, filter rod weight and hardness into account comprehensively.
