叶丝结构均匀性在线调控系统的设计

Design of online control system for size uniformity of cut strips

  • 摘要: 为提高叶丝长度分布均匀性,降低卷烟卷制质量波动,运用TRIZ分割原理设计了一种叶丝结构均匀性在线调控系统。该系统采用滚筒式分选技术对叶丝长度进行划分,将长丝和短丝有效分离;采用剪切式处理技术对长丝进行单独处理,使长丝转变成中短丝,并将短丝和处理后长丝混合均匀,提高叶丝结构均匀性。通过设备性能优化试验可知,处理工序设置于切丝后较为适宜,最佳设备参数组合为:滚筒电机转速600 r/min,刀片间隙3 mm,弹丝辊转速1 500 r/min,低速刀辊和高速刀辊转速分别为720 r/min和2 880 r/min。以许昌卷烟厂生产的“黄金叶(硬帝豪)”牌卷烟叶丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:①叶丝结构均匀性调控后,大于10 mm长丝比例降低至0.48%,长叶丝基本消除;2~4 mm叶丝比例达到62.60%,叶丝结构更加均匀;整丝率82.76%,碎丝率1.12%,符合工艺生产要求;②烟支质量标偏为0.019 g,显著优于调控前平均值0.022 g;烟支吸阻标偏为44.7 Pa,优于调控前平均值50.2 Pa;烟支含末率为1.39%,与调控前平均值1.47%基本相符。该调控系统可为提高卷烟质量稳定性提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the uniformity of cut strips and alleviate the fluctuation of cigarette weight, an online control system for the size uniformity of cut strips was designed based on TRIZ segmentation principle. The system included a separating cylinder to separate long strands from short ones, then long strands were clipped into medium to short strips and mixed back with the short strips completely to reduce the size difference. The results of experiment indicated that, it was preferable to set the said process after tobacco cutting, and the optimal parameters were the rotation speed of cylinder motor 600 r/min, the clearance between blades 3 mm, the rotation speeds of picker roller, low-speed and high-speed knife rollers 1 500, 720 and 2 880 r/min respectively. The cigarettes of brand "Golden Leaf (Hard Dihao)" were tested in Xuchang Cigarette Factory, the results showed that:1) The proportion of strands longer than 10 mm reduced to 0.48%, the proportion of cut strips of 2-4 mm in length was 62.60%, and cut strip structure became more uniform. Integral strand proportion was 82.76% and broken strand proportion was 1.12%, which met technical requirements. 2) The standard deviation of cigarette weight was 0.019 g, significantly lower than the average value of 0.022 g before installing the control system. The standard deviation of draw resistance of cigarette was 44.7 Pa, lower than the average value of 50.2 Pa before installing the control system. The dust content in cigarette was 1.39%, close to the value of 1.47% before installing the control system. This technology provides a technical support for promoting the consistency of cigarette weight.
