卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向测试装置的设计

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟燃烧锥掉落无法检测等问题,基于行业标准设计了一种卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向测试装置。利用施力单元对卷烟施加弹击和敲击两种作用力,设计高速力度采集装置用于测量施力大小和作用时间,采用红外测温与图像识别相结合方法对燃烧锥掉落实现自动检测。以江西中烟工业有限责任公司提供的两种常规卷烟样品为对象,对检测装置的稳定性、准确性和重复性进行测试,结果表明:在弹击和敲击两种施力方式下,施力位置最大标准偏差为0.05 mm,施力力度最大标准偏差为3.6 mN,作用时间最大标准偏差为0.002 s,各技术参数均在标准允差范围内;对燃烧锥掉落识别准确率达到100%;弹击方式下两种样品重复性标准偏差在1.37%~2.24%之间,敲击方式下在2.09%~2.24%之间,表明测试装置具有较高稳定性。该技术可为实现卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向自动化检测提供支持。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of industry standards, a device for testing the burning cone falling out propensity of cigarettes was designed, wherein an actuator is configured to exert flicking and tapping forces on cigarette; a high-speed force acquisition device is designed to detect the magnitude and acting time of the acting force instantaneously; and the falling out of burning cone is automatically detected by combining infrared temperature metering with image recognizing. The stability, accuracy and repeatability of the device were tested with two kinds of king size cigarette provided by China Tobacco Jiangxi Industrial Limited Corporation. The results showed that under the action of flicking or tapping, the maximum standard deviation of acting position was 0.05 mm, that of acting force was 3.6 mN and that of acting time was 0.002 s. All those values were within the tolerance ranges of standards and every burning cone falling out was correctly identified. The standard deviations of repeatability of the two cigarette samples ranged between 1.37%-2.24% under flicking and 2.09%-2.24% under tapping, which suggested that the device featured high stability. This technology provides a support for the automatic detection of burning cone falling out propensity of cigarettes.
