烟支圆周对卷烟燃烧特性和烟气气溶胶分布的影响

Effects of cigarette circumference on combustibility and mainstream smoke aerosol distribution

  • 摘要: 为研究不同烟支圆周对卷烟燃烧性和烟气气溶胶的影响,采用红外热成像测温法和热电偶测温法分别测试了同一牌号不同圆周(常规、中支和细支)卷烟燃烧锥固相温度和滤嘴烟气温度;采用模拟循环吸烟机和快速粒径谱仪,研究了ISO抽吸模式下同一牌号3种不同圆周(Ø24.37 mm,常规卷烟;Ø20.06 mm,中支卷烟;Ø17.02 mm,细支卷烟)卷烟烟气气溶胶的粒径分布特征。结果表明:①对于燃烧锥固相温度,中支卷烟和细支卷烟比常规卷烟平均高约100℃;②对于卷烟滤嘴前端烟气温度,中支和细支比常规卷烟平均高5℃,而经过滤嘴的冷却作用,3种不同圆周卷烟滤嘴中间的烟气温度趋于一致;③随着烟支圆周的减小,平均口数的粒子数浓度明显增加,而粒数中位直径减小,即小粒径粒子数目明显增加;④随着烟支圆周的减小,平均口数的粒子表面积明显增加,而表面积中位直径明显减小,即小粒径粒子总表面积明显增加。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of cigarette circumference on combustibility and smoke aerosol properties, the solid phase temperature of cigarette combustion cone and gas phase temperature in filter tip of the same brand cigarettes with three circumferences (Ø24.37 mm, normal; Ø20.06 mm, medium; Ø17.02 mm, slim) were tested by infrared thermal temperature and thermocouple temperature measurement technologies, respectively. A smoking cycle simulator and a fast particle spectrometer were employed to determine the particle size of mainstream smoke aerosol under ISO smoking regime. The results showed that: 1) The solid phase temperatures of the medium and slim cigarettes were higher than those of the normal cigarette by ~100℃ on average under puffing. 2) The gas phase temperatures at the filter front of the medium and slim cigarettes were higher than that of normal cigarette by ~5℃. However, the gas phase temperatures in the filters of the three sizes of cigarettes tended to be consistent. 3) With the decrease of cigarette circumference, the average particle number concentration of aerosols for all puffs increased significantly, while the count median diameter (CMD) decreased, which indicated that the number of fine particles increased. 4) With the decrease of circumference, the average particle surface area of aerosols for all puffs increased significantly, and the area median diameter (AMD) reduced, which suggested that the total area of fine particles increased significantly.
