烟丝干燥过程中高频振槽的参数优化

Parameter optimizing settings of high frequency vibrating trough in tobacco drying

  • 摘要: 为解决高频振槽在输送烟丝时存在衔接不畅、烟丝均匀性差等问题,基于抛掷指数理论对高频振槽参数进行了优化调整。在振槽进料端加装增板以增大槽体与水平面夹角,防止产生积料;确定抛掷指数D取值范围为2.7~3.3,当抛掷指数D取3.1,振槽振幅λ=7 mm,激振器频率f=32.0 Hz,偏心块重合度75%时,出口烟丝含水率标准偏差(SD)为最优。以厦门烟草工业有限责任公司生产的"七匹狼(豪情)"等卷烟烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后出口烟丝含水率SD值降低24%,CPK值提高96%,设备运行稳定,有效改善了烟丝松散性和均匀性。该技术可为提高烟丝输送能力,稳定烟丝质量提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To make cut tobacco conveying more smoothly, the settings of high frequency vibrating trough were optimized on the basis of throwing index theory. A spacer plate was put under the input end of the trough to increase the inclination angle of the trough against the ground to prevent cut tobacco from buildup. The preferable throwing index D was in the range of 2.7-3.3. The optimal standard deviation (SD) of the moisture content in output tobacco was brought about at the settings of:throwing index D=3.1, amplitude of vibrating trough λ=7 mm, frequency of vibrator f=32.0 Hz and the coincidence degree of eccentric block 75%. The cut tobacco for cigarette brand "Septwolves (Pride)" was tested in Xiamen Tobacco Industrial Limited Corporation, the results showed that the SD of moisture content in output tobacco decreased by 24%, the CPK value increased by 96%, equipment ran smoothly, and the loosening degree and blending uniformity of cut tobacco were improved effectively. This technology provides a support for promoting the conveying capacity and quality consistency of cut tobacco.
