感染赤星病烟草叶际细菌的多样性分析

Biodiversity analysis of phyllosphere bacterial genus from tobacco leaves infected by brown spot disease

  • 摘要: 为揭示田间感染赤星病烟草叶际细菌属水平上的多样性,提取了感病烟叶样品DNA,PCR扩增样品的16S区,采用IonS5XL高通量测序技术对扩增片段测序,并对其细菌群落结构进行分析。结果表明,田间感赤星病烟草叶片叶际细菌群落结构较为典型。在门水平上,优势菌门为变形菌门Proteobacteria(71.59%);属水平上,优势菌为泛菌属Pantoea(31.23%)、假单胞菌属Pseudomonas(22.44%)、甲醇杆菌属Methylobacterium(6.17%)、鞘氨醇单胞菌属Sphingomonas(6.02%)、Aureimonas(2.08%)、Falsirhodobacter(1.35%)。因此,感烟草赤星病叶片叶际优势细菌属为泛菌属和假单胞菌属。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the biodiversity of phyllosphere bacterial genus from tobacco leaves infected by brown spot disease in fields, DNA was extracted from diseased tobacco leaves, 16S region was amplified and sequenced. The amplified fragments were sequenced by IonS5XL high-throughput sequencing technology, and the bacterial community structure was analyzed. The results showed that the community structure of phyllosphere bacteria from tobacco leaves infected by brown spot disease was quite typical. At the phylum level, the predominant bacteria were Proteobacteria (71.59%); at the genus level, the predominant bacteria included Pantoea (31.23%), Pseudomona (22.44%), Methylobacterium (6.17%), Sphingomonas (6.02%), Aureimonas (2.08%) and Falsirhodobacter (1.35%). All these bacteria were the symbiotic bacteria from tobacco leaves infected with brown spot disease.
