人工气候室条件下K326和云烟87烤烟品种吸收Se(Ⅵ)的动力学分析

Kinetics analysis of selenium (Ⅵ) absorption by cultivars K326 and Yunyan87 in artificial climate chamber

  • 摘要: 为揭示烤烟根系对硒Se(Ⅵ)的吸收利用规律,运用养分吸收动力学原理并采用溶液培养研究了两个烤烟品种(K326和云烟87)在不同条件(pH、陪伴离子、抑制剂)下吸收Se(Ⅵ)的动力学参数变化。结果表明,与K326相比,云烟87属于高吸收速率(Imax)和低解离常数(Km)烟草品种,对Se(Ⅵ)营养条件适应范围较广泛;在不同pH条件下,弱酸(pH 6)和中性环境(pH 7)更有利于烤烟根系对Se(Ⅵ)的吸收,强酸条件(pH 5)降低了烤烟根系对Se(Ⅵ)的吸收;SO42-和PO43-等陪伴离子存在时可抑制烤烟根系对Se(Ⅵ)的吸收和累积,降低烤烟对Se(Ⅵ)的亲和力,其中SO42-对烤烟吸收Se(Ⅵ)的影响较大;添加呼吸抑制剂羰基氰化氯苯腙(CCCP)和通道抑制剂氯化镧(LaCl3)对烤烟根系吸收Se(Ⅵ)有明显抑制作用,其中CCCP对烤烟Se(Ⅵ)吸收的影响更大。

     

    Abstract: In order to reveal the biochemical mechanism and utilization of Se (Ⅵ) in roots of flue-cured tobacco, hydroponic experiments were conducted to study the kinetics of Se (Ⅵ) absorption in cultivars K326 and Yunyan87 under different pH, accompanying ions and inhibitor conditions through ion depletion. The results showed that compared with K326, Yunyan87 belonged to a high Imax (maximum uptake rate) and low Km (dissociation constant) tobacco cultivars, and had a higher Se (Ⅵ) nutrient efficiency. Under weak acidic (pH=6) to neutral (pH=7) conditions, it was more conducive to the absorption of Se (Ⅵ), while a strong acid environment (pH=5) reduced the absorption efficiency of Se (Ⅵ). The presence of accompanying ions SO42- and PO43- inhibited the absorption and accumulation of Se (Ⅵ) in the roots and reduced the affinity of the tobacco to Se (Ⅵ), with SO42- being a stronger effect. The addition of respiratory inhibitor CCCP and channel inhibitor LaCl3 significantly inhibited the absorption of roots to Se (Ⅵ), and CCCP had a greater influence than LaCl3.
