定长切丝对细支卷烟危害性指数的影响

Effects of controlled cut tobacco strand length on hazard index of slim cigarettes

  • 摘要: 为研究改变切丝模式引起的烟丝结构特征的变化对细支卷烟危害性指数的影响,选用相同的卷烟原辅材料,在其他工艺参数与质量指标不变的情况下,改变切丝模式,卷制两个不同规格共4种细支卷烟,以常规切丝模式卷制的细支卷烟样品作为对照样,以40 mm定长切丝模式卷制的细支卷烟为试验样,采用标准检测方法和温度场分析法,分析细支卷烟危害性指数以及燃烧状态的变化。结果表明:①2个试验样危害性指数与对照样相比分别降低了10.87%、6.22%,巴豆醛、苯酚和HCN的释放量降低了3%~17%,氨和NNK的释放量降低了16%~24%,苯并a芘和CO释放量略有上升。②应用定长切丝后,烟丝结构特征发生变化导致燃烧状态发生变化,燃烧锥升温速率和特征温度T0.5升高,从而影响了细支卷烟烟气有害成分的释放量。

     

    Abstract: In order to study possible influences on the mainstream smoke hazard index of slim cigarettes by varying cut tobacco structure caused by cutting mode change, four slim cigarettes of two specifications were prepared under different tobacco cutting modes using the same tobacco and auxiliary materials and keeping the other processing parameters and quality indexes the same. The slim cigarette samples made under the conventional cutting mode were marked as the control, and those made under the 40 mm cutting strand length as the test sample. The smoke hazard indexes and combustion states of the four slim cigarettes were analyzed with standard smoke chemistry methods and combustion temperature field analysis. The results showed that: 1) Comparing with the control, the smoke hazard indexes of the two test samples decreased by 10.87% and 6.22%, respectively. In particular, the releases of crotonaldehyde, phenol and HCN decreased by 3%-17%, the releases of ammonia and NNK decreased by 16%-24%, while the releases of benzoapyrene and CO increased slightly. 2) Under the controlled cutting strand length mode, cut tobacco structure was changed, which resulted in the change of the cigarette combustion state, including an increase of heating rate of the combustion cone and the rise of characteristic burning temperature T0.5, and consequently the releases of the harmful components in slim cigarette smoke.
