UPLC-MS法测定烤后烟叶中的5种游离态甾醇

Determination of five free sterols in cured tobacco leaves by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

  • 摘要: 为考察国内不同类型、品种、产地和部位烟叶样品中游离态甾醇质量分数的分布情况,采用UPLC-MS联用法测定了国内烤烟、雪茄烟和晒烟共47个烟叶样品中5种甾醇(豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、胆甾醇、麦角甾醇)的质量分数。结果表明:①烟叶样品中游离态甾醇的总质量分数呈现特定规律,其中豆甾醇质量分数最高,其次是β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、胆甾醇和麦角甾醇;②烤烟和晒烟中β-谷甾醇的质量分数大于菜油甾醇,而雪茄烟中菜油甾醇的质量分数大于β-谷甾醇;③不同品种、部位和产地的烟叶中游离态甾醇的质量分数存在差异。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the distribution of free sterols in tobacco leaf samples of different types, varieties and stalk positions from different planting areas in China, the contents of five sterols (stigmasterol, β-sitosterol, campesterol, cholesterol and ergosterol) in 47 tobacco samples, including flue-cured, cigar and sun-cured tobacco were determined by an ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) method. The results showed that:1) The total contents of free sterols in the samples presented certain regularity, stigmasterol content was the highest in the tobacco samples, followed by β-sitosterol, campesterol, cholesterol and ergosterol. 2) The contents of β-sitosterol in flue-cured and sun-cured tobacco were higher than those of campesterol, while the content of campesterol was higher than that of β-sitosterol in cigar tobacco. 3) The contents of free sterols in tobacco leaves differed among varieties, stalk positions and planting areas.
