薄荷型香线滤棒特征成分及其在卷烟中的转移行为

  • 摘要: 为研究香线滤棒在卷烟中的加香效果,建立了测定香线滤棒中特征成分的GC-MS方法,对萃取溶剂、萃取时间、萃取方式、萃取液体积进行了优化,并研究了特征成分在卷烟中的转移行为。结果表明:①优化后前处理条件为:以二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,萃取液体积为4 mL,超声萃取10 min;②薄荷醇向主流烟气中的转移率最高,为7.46%;其次为乙酸薄荷酯,转移率为2.45%;薄荷酮的转移率仅为1.64%;③3种特征成分的滤嘴截留率在82.62%~86.94%之间,表明香线加香滤棒法的大部分香味成分被截留在滤嘴中。该方法操作简便,可满足快速准确分析要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the flavoring effect of filter rod containing menthol cotton thread on cigarette smoke, a GC-MS method to determine the characteristic components in the filter rod was developed. The types of solvents, extraction time, methods and solvent volumes of extraction were optimized, and the transfer behavior of characteristic components in cigarette smoke was studied. The results showed that:1) The optimized pretreatment conditions were:dichloromethane as the extraction solvent, with a solvent volume 4 mL and ultrasonic extraction time 10 minutes. 2) The transfer rate of menthol, menthyl acetate and menthone to mainstream cigarette smoke under ISO smoking regime were 7.46%, 2.45% and 1.64%, respectively. 3) The retention rates of the three characteristic components by filter were in the range of 82.62%-86.94%, indicating that most aroma components in the cotton thread remained in the filter after smoking. This method is easy to operate, rapid and accurate.
