卷烟规格对主流烟气6种有害成分释放量的影响

Influences of some cigarette physical specifications on releases of six harmful components in mainstream cigarette smoke

  • 摘要: 为探索卷烟规格对卷烟主流烟气6种有害成分(苯酚、巴豆醛、HCN、苯并a芘、氨、NNK)释放量的影响,选取烟支圆周、烟支长度和烟丝宽度作为影响因素,对120个卷烟样品主流烟气6种有害成分释放量进行了多因素方差分析。结果表明:①烟支圆周对6种烟气有害成分释放量的影响最大,烟支长度次之;而烟丝宽度除了对HCN的释放量有影响外,对其他成分的释放量影响不大。②在烟支圆周17.0~24.2 mm范围内,6种烟气有害成分释放量与烟支圆周均正相关;在24.2~27.0 mm范围内,巴豆醛和HCN的释放量与烟支圆周负相关,氨的释放量几乎不变,其余3种有害成分释放量与烟支圆周正相关。③6种烟气有害成分释放量与烟支长度均正相关。④除HCN的释放量与烟丝宽度负相关外,其余5种有害成分的释放量与烟丝宽度无关。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the influences of cigarette physical specifications on the releases of six harmful components (including phenol, crotonaldehyde, hydrogen cyanide, benzoa pyrene, ammonia and NNK) in mainstream cigarette smoke, the cigarette circumference, cigarette length and cut tobacco width were selected as the variables, and the releases of the six harmful components in mainstream smoke of 120 cigarette samples were studied by multi-factor variance analysis. The results showed that:1) The effect of cigarette circumference on the releases of the six harmful components in mainstream smoke was the greatest, and cigarette length came to be the second. Cut tobacco width impacted on hydrogen cyanide release, while its influences on the other five harmful components were minor. 2) Within the circumference range of 17.0-24.2 mm, the releases of the six harmful components in mainstream smoke positively correlated to the circumference. Within the circumference range of 24.2-27.0 mm, the releases of crotonaldehyde and hydrogen cyanide negatively correlated to the circumference, ammonia release was basically unchanged, and the releases of the other three harmful components positively correlated to the circumference. 3) The releases of all the six harmful components positively correlated to cigarette length. 4) Except that hydrogen cyanide release negatively correlated to cut tobacco width, there was no correlation between the releases of the other five harmful components and cut tobacco width.
