  • 摘要: 为解决松散回潮出口含水率波动大等问题,设计了一种基于趋势与偏差控制的松散回潮机加水系统。将松散回潮加水由"前加水"改进为"前加水为主、后加水调整"控制方式,缩短加水点至检测点的滞后时间;建立各卷烟牌号加水系数经验数据库,准确确定前后加水流量;将趋势与偏差控制相结合,实现出口含水率预测与反馈控制。以济南卷烟厂生产的"泰山(红将军)"牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后实现了松散回潮出口含水率自动控制,含水率标准偏差降低0.29百分点,有效提高了控制稳定性。该技术可为解决烟草加工过程中控制滞后问题提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to narrow the fluctuation of moisture content in output tobacco, a water supply system based on trend and deviation control was designed for the loosening and conditioning cylinder. The water supplying was changed from "front water supply" into "mainly front water supply compensated with rear water supply" to minimize the time lag between water supply point and detection point. An empirical data base of water supply coefficients for all cigarette brands was established to accurately determine the input water flow before and after conditioning and to implement prediction and feedback control of moisture content in output tobacco by combining trend control with deviation control. Cigarette brand "Taishan (Red General)" was tested in Jinan Cigarette Factory, and the results showed that the moisture content in output tobacco was automatically controlled, the standard deviation of the moisture content reduced by 0.29 percentage points, and the control stability was effectively improved. This technology provides a reference for reducing the time lag in tobacco processing control.
