YP11型装封箱机柔性压缩箱体辅助装置的设计

Design of flexible case compressing device for YP11 case filling and sealing machine

  • 摘要: 为解决YP11型装封箱机在装箱过程中因条烟错位和挤压引起停机次数多等问题,设计了一种柔性压缩箱体辅助装置,通过压缩烟箱上壁内部空间减小条烟惯性滑动量。经试验,柔性压缩体选用猪鬃刷材料,猪鬃刷尺寸为176 mm×28 mm时,不会在烟箱和条烟表面产生压痕;柔性压缩体作用点位于烟箱上壁中心位置,且烟箱上壁下沉距离为7 mm时,辅助装置作用效果最佳;当柔性压缩体施加的作用力大于60.1 N时,第1层条烟的惯性滑动量小于3.2 mm,条烟不会出现错位和挤压现象。以延安卷烟厂生产的"延安(软)"牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:加装辅助装置后,每台装封箱机在装箱过程中因条烟错位和挤压引起的停机次数由改进前的29次/月减少为0,提高了设备生产效率。该设计可为改善卷烟产品外观质量提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce accidental machine stop caused by cigarette carton misalignment and squeezing in the process of case filling, a flexible case compressing device was added to YP11 case filling and sealing machine to restrict the inertial movement of cigarette cartons via compressing the upper space of the case. Through experiments, it was found that a compressing brush made of hog bristles with the dimension of 176 mm×28 mm was preferable and there was no indentation remained on the case and cartons when the brush pressed on the central position of case's upper wall to make it moving downward by 7 mm with a force larger than 60.1 N, the inertial sliding distance of cigarette cartons at the first layer was less than 3.2 mm, and no cigarette carton misalignment and squeezing happened. Cigarettes of brand "Yan'an (Soft)" were tested in Yan'an Cigarette Factory, the results showed that the accidental machine stop caused by cigarette carton misalignment and squeezing reduced from 29 times/month to 0. This design provides a support for promoting the appearance quality of cigarette products.
