  • 摘要: 为解决计量料槽中烟丝分布不均匀、设备停机率高等问题,对ZJ19B卷接机组回丝系统进行了改进。采用低速输丝带和双螺旋回丝装置替代回丝输送带和回丝振槽,并将回送烟丝接入点由计量料槽改为低速输丝带,经平准器修剪的烟丝回送至低速输丝带,再经传送鼓定量后进入计量料槽,以提高烟丝分布均匀性。以什邡长城雪茄烟厂生产的“长城(淳雅薄荷)”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后回丝系统未对烟支质量标偏产生影响,吸阻标偏下降10 Pa,总通风率标偏下降0.3百分点,维修次数由5次/年减少为0。该技术可为提升卷烟产品品质提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: To even out the distribution of tobacco in the metering chute and reduce machine failures, the excess tobacco recycling system in ZJ19B cigarette maker was modified. A low-speed tobacco conveying belt was adopted in conjunction with a double-screw conveyor to replace the recycling tobacco conveying belt and vibrating trough. The excess tobacco removed by the trimmer was conveyed to the low-speed belt, rather than the metering tube directly, it was transported to the metering chute after metering by transfer drum to improve the uniformity of cut tobacco distribution. The system was tested on cigarette brand "Great Wall (Chunya Mint)" in Shifang Great Wall Cigar Factory, the results showed that the new system did not affect the standard deviation of individual cigarette weight, the standard deviations of draw resistance and total ventilation rate reduced by 10 Pa and 0.3 percentage points respectively. The maintenance frequency of the recycling system decreased from 5 times per year to 0. This technology provides a technical support for the promotion of cigarette quality and production efficiency.
