特殊旋转滤嘴卷烟的制备及对主流烟气常规指标的影响

Preparation of rotational cigarette filter and its effects on routine mainstream cigarette smoke indexes

  • 摘要: 为制备特殊旋转滤嘴卷烟并了解其旋转前后的差异,通过探索滤嘴设计参数,成功制备了4种滤嘴打孔线长度不同(0、1、2、3 mm)的样烟,考察了滤嘴旋转前后样烟物理、烟气指标和感官质量的差异。结果表明:①根据卷制效果评分可确定样烟最佳滤嘴设计参数为滤棒环切深度3 mm,接装纸预打孔孔径0.15 mm,无胶区宽度11 mm。②滤嘴旋转后通风率变小,吸阻变大。样烟滤嘴通风率均随滤嘴打孔线长度的增加而升高,吸阻则降低。③滤嘴旋转后样烟焦油、烟碱、CO、水分、TPM、单口焦油和单口烟碱增加,抽吸口数则减少。随滤嘴打孔线长度的延长,滤嘴旋转前后样烟焦油、烟碱和CO释放量的变化范围逐步下降。④滤嘴旋转后样烟烟气浓度和吃味变浓。随滤嘴打孔线长度延长,样烟烟气浓度和吃味变淡,干燥感增加。当滤嘴打孔线长度为1 mm时,样烟的感官质量最佳。⑤旋转后接装纸和成形纸的打孔线错开造成滤嘴通风率和燃烧锥处空气吸入量发生变化,从而影响主流烟气通风稀释和烟支燃烧速率,最终导致样烟常规烟气指标和感官质量的差异。

     

    Abstract: A special rotational cigarette filter design was prepared to study its variations after rotating. Four cigarette samples with perforated lines of different lengths (0, 1, 2, 3 mm) in the filters were prepared to study the effects of filter parameters on routine physical indexes, smoke indexes and sensory quality before and after rotation. The results showed that:1) On the basis of manufacturing effect scores, the optimal filter parameters were determined as ring cutting depth of filter rods at 3 mm, perforation size at 0.15 mm for preperforated tipping paper and glue-free zone width at 11 mm. 2) The filter ventilation rate decreased and the cigarette draw resistance increased after rotation. With increasing length of perforated line in the filter, the filter ventilation rate raised and the draw resistance reduced. 3) After rotation, tar, nicotine, CO, moisture contents, TPM, tar per puff, nicotine per puff increased and puff number decreased. With increasing length of the perforated line in filter, the variation ranges of the tar, nicotine, CO contents in mainstream smoke before and after rotation declined gradually. 4) The smoke concentration and the taste became thicker after rotation. With increasing length of perforated line in the filter, the taste and smoke concentration became thinner and the dryness increased. Optimal sensory quality was achieved when the length of the perforated line in the filter was 1 mm. 5) Filter rotation resulted in the perforated line misalignment between the tipping paper and plug wrapper, which caused the variations of filter ventilation rate and air input through burning cone, and thus the ventilation of mainstream smoke and the burning rate of cigarette were influenced accordingly. Finally the routine smoke indexes and sensory quality of cigarette samples were also changed.
