基于双层EWMA方法的叶丝干燥出口含水率质量一致性控制

Consistency control of moisture content in output cut strips from drying process based on double EWMA method

  • 摘要: 为解决叶丝干燥工序出口含水率波动大、批次质量不稳定等问题,采用双层指数加权移动平均(EWMA,Exponentially Weighted Moving Average)方法建立了叶丝出口含水率质量一致性控制模型,并采用自适应算法对该模型进行自动优化和修正。选取安阳卷烟厂“黄金叶(硬红旗渠)”牌卷烟叶丝干燥工序出口含水率在线监测数据,对双层EWMA控制系统进行测试,结果表明:改进后批次间出口含水率质量差异显著降低,出口含水率的平均偏移量、极差、均方误差等质量指标分别降低29%、2%和32%,过程能力指数提升18%,有效提高了出口含水率批次一致性。该方法可为提高卷烟生产均质化水平提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to decrease the fluctuation of moisture content in output cut strips from drying process and promote the quality consistency between different processing batches, a control model was established with double exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) method, and the model was optimized automatically by self-adaptive algorithm. The control system based on the double EWMA method was validated with the online monitoring data of moisture content in dried cut strips for cigarette brand"Huangjinye (Hard Hongqiqu)" in Anyang Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the quality difference between batches caused by the fluctuation of moisture content in output cut strips reduced significantly, the average deviation, extreme difference and mean square error of moisture content in output cut strips decreased by 29%, 2% and 32% respectively; and the process capability index increased by 18%. This method provides a technical support for promoting the consistency of cigarette quality.
