Design of accurate correlation system for QR code information of products of cigarette packing line

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟包装生产中小盒与条盒二维码无法精准关联等问题,根据包装机组基于工位的运行特点,设计了一种包装机组产品二维码信息关联系统。该系统以STM32单片机为控制核心,首先生成小盒二维码序列,然后将序列进行分割并组码,最后使用关联扫码器进行关联,实现小盒-条盒二维码信息的十合一关联。以ZB45硬盒包装机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:系统关联准确度达到99.95%,与基于时间的关联方法相比,关联准确率提高3.55百分点。该技术可为提高卷烟包装工艺全生命周期管理水平提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to set up an accurate correlation between the QR codes of cigarette packets and cartons in cigarette packing, a QR code information correlation system for the products of a cigarette packing line was designed on the basis of the station-based operation characteristics of the cigarette packing line. By taking STM32 MCU as the control core, the system generates a QR code sequence of cigarette packets firstly, then the sequence is segmented and grouped into codes, finally, a correlation scanner to form a 10 in 1 relation between every 10 cigarette packets and 1 cigarette carton. The system was tested on a ZB45 cigarette packing line, and the results showed that the correlation accuracy of the system reached 99.95%, it is 3.55 percentage points higher than that of time-based correlation method. This technology provides a support for promoting the whole life cycle management of cigarette packing process.
