Abstract:
In order to set up an accurate correlation between the QR codes of cigarette packets and cartons in cigarette packing, a QR code information correlation system for the products of a cigarette packing line was designed on the basis of the station-based operation characteristics of the cigarette packing line. By taking STM32 MCU as the control core, the system generates a QR code sequence of cigarette packets firstly, then the sequence is segmented and grouped into codes, finally, a correlation scanner to form a 10 in 1 relation between every 10 cigarette packets and 1 cigarette carton. The system was tested on a ZB45 cigarette packing line, and the results showed that the correlation accuracy of the system reached 99.95%, it is 3.55 percentage points higher than that of time-based correlation method. This technology provides a support for promoting the whole life cycle management of cigarette packing process.
