Comprehensive evaluation on salt tolerances of 34 tobacco germplasms at germination stage based on the experiment of artificial climate incubator

  • 摘要: 为明确不同烟草品种的耐盐程度、选育出耐盐烟草品种,采用人工气候箱培养,通过主成分分析和聚类分析对不同烟草品种萌发期的耐盐性进行了综合评价。结果表明,盐胁迫导致K326根长下降50%的浓度(EC50)为150 mmol/L NaCl。用该浓度盐胁迫处理后,34个烟草品种间的发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数、活力指数和根长等指标差异显著。经主成分分析和欧式距离聚类,将试验的烟草品种划分为高耐盐、较耐盐、较敏感和高敏感4个等级。耐盐品种为香料烟巴斯玛;较耐盐的品种为烤烟K326、云烟87,白肋烟DS26、va1061和va509;较敏感品种为烤烟Spt168、中烟100、NC89、秦烟97,白肋烟KY907、TN86、va1048、TN90,香料烟沙姆逊和伊兹密尔;高敏感品种为烤烟NC82、K399、吉烟9号、RG11、秦烟96、NC55、NC567、NC95、遵烟6号、K394、岩烟97、K358、红花大金元、Hicks、K346、coker176、CV87和白肋烟va1052。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the salt tolerances of different tobacco germplasms and to select salt tolerant tobacco cultivars, different tobacco germplasms at germination stage cultured in an artificial climate chamber were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that salt stress at 150 mmol/L NaCl resulted in a 50% decrease in K326's root length. Under the treatment of 150 mmol/L NaCl, 34 tobacco germplasms presented significant differences in germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vitality index and root length. Through principal component analysis and Euclidean distance clustering, the germplasm resources were divided into four grades:high salt tolerant, salt tolerant, sensitive and high sensitive. High salt tolerant germplasms were oriental tobacco Basma. Salt tolerant germplasms included flue-cured tobacco K326, Yunyan87 and burley tobacco DS26, va1061, va509. Sensitive germplasms included flue-cured tobacco Spt168, Zhongyan100, NC89, Qinyan97, burley tobacco KY907, TN86, va1048, TN90, and oriental tobacco Samsun and Izmir. High sensitive germplasms were flue-cured tobacco NC82, K399, Jiyan9, RG11, Qinyan96, NC55, NC567, NC95, Zunyan6, K394, Yanyan97, K358, Honghuadajinyuan, Hicks, K346, coker176, CV87 and burley tobacco va1052.
