  • 摘要: 为改善YB45A硬盒包装机内衬纸输送不畅、产能较低、缺陷率较高等问题,对内衬纸输送装置进行了改进设计。①改进了吸风组件,将由吸风室与吸风板组成的单排孔吸风改为只有吸风室的双槽吸风,并对应改进了吸风带,以减少内衬纸在输送过程中的漂移、堵塞等现象;②改进了加速辊对,将光滑的柱面输送改为凹凸型输送,以消除内衬纸段在加速分离过程中的歪斜现象。以A牌号超细卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:①改进前必须在内衬纸表面涂抹橄榄油或石蜡,改进后无需涂抹也能正常运行。②在运行速度从280包/min提高到330包/min的同时,内衬纸缺陷率从8.26‰降低到2.39‰,运行效率从88.5%提高到93.4%。③商标纸、残烟与内衬纸等消耗显著降低。该项技术改进显著提高了YB45A硬盒包装机运行效率和稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to move innerliners more smoothly in YB45A hard packer, the innerliner conveying device was improved as following:1) modifying the suction assembly, where the single-row hole suction formed by the suction chamber together with the suction plate was replaced by double-groove suction formed by the suction chamber alone and the suction belt was modified accordingly to avoid the drift and jam of innerliners; 2) modifying the accelerating roller pair subassembly, where the plain rollers were replaced by engraved rollers to avoid the deviation of innerliners in the process of acceleration and separation. The slim cigarettes of brand "A" were tested, and the results showed that:1) Olive oil or paraffin application on the surface of innerliner to ensure normal machine running was no longer necessary. 2) The running speed raised from 280 to 330 packet/min, meanwhile the rate of innerliner defects decreased from 8.26‰ to 2.39‰ and the machine efficiency increased from 88.5% to 93.4%. 3) The consumption of label, tobacco and innerliner reduced remarkably. This technology obviously promotes the running stability of YB45A hard packer.
