ZJ116B型卷接机组梗签二次分选装置的改进设计

Modification of secondary stem separator in ZJ116B cigarette maker

  • 摘要: 为解决ZJ116B型卷接机组前后烟道卷烟质量差异大的问题,分析和改进了该机组的梗签二次分选装置:①设计独立分选调节机构,实现前后烟道的梗签独立分选;②将直通型分选通道改成Z型分选通道。实际应用结果表明:①前烟道的卷烟质量的平均SD值由改进前的14.40 mg降到13.16 mg,后烟道的平均SD值由16.08 mg降到13.44 mg;②前后烟道卷烟质量的平均SD值差值由改进前的1.68 mg降到了0.28 mg,前后烟道卷烟质量稳定性差异显著降低;③改进后梗签含丝率由18.4%降低到9.0%,提高了梗签分选效果,降低了烟丝消耗。

     

    Abstract: In order to narrow the difference of cigarette weight between the front and rear tobacco rod passages, the secondary stem separator in ZJ116B cigarette maker was modified as following:1) Designing two independent mechanisms to control the stem separation of the front and rear passages independently. 2) Changing the straight-through separation passage into a Z-shaped one. The test results showed that:1) The average SD of individual cigarette weight from the front passage decreased from 14.40 to 13.16 mg and that from the rear passage reduced from 16.08 to 13.44 mg. 2) The difference of average SD lowered from 1.68 to 0.28 mg, and the fluctuation of individual cigarette weight reduced obviously. 3) The content of fiber in stems decreased from 18.4% to 9.0%, it meaned better stem separation and lower tobacco consumption.
