卷烟纸常用浆板中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的测定

Quantifying cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin contents in common cigarette paper pulps

  • 摘要: 为了测定卷烟纸常用浆板中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素,对美国国家可再生能源实验室(NREL)方法进行优化,采用微波辐射加热方式,对15种卷烟纸常用浆板(针叶纤维、阔叶纤维和亚麻纤维)纤维素、半纤维素和木质素进行快速测定。结果发现:①与传统加热方式相比,微波加热方式前处理时间可以缩短50%(1 h);②配对T检验结果表明优化后方法和NREL方法的测试结果无显著性差异;③卷烟纸常用浆板中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的质量分数范围分别为72.63%~92.35%、3.74%~18.81%和2.74%~6.30%;从桨板类型上看,纤维素质量分数顺序为亚麻>针叶>阔叶,半纤维素和木质素质量分数顺序为阔叶>针叶>亚麻。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin contents in common cigarette paper pulps, the two-step acid hydrolysis method defined by the American National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) was optimized by taking microwave irradiation as a heating method. This fast method was applied to analyze cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in 15 common cigarette paper pulps, including fibers from coniferous wood, broadleaf wood and flax. The results showed that:1) Compared with the traditional heating method, microwave irradiation could shorten the acid hydrolysis pretreatment by 50%(1 h). 2) Paired T-test results indicated that there was no significant difference between the results determined by the optimized and the NREL methods. 3) The contents of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the common cigarette paper pulps were 72.63%-92.35%, 3.74%-18.81% and 2.74%-6.30%, respectively. In general, the order of cellulose content was flax > coniferous > broadleaf, and those of hemicellulose and lignin contents were the reverse, namely broadleaf > coniferous > flax.
