深耕和绿肥掩青条件下生物炭对烟叶产质量和土壤养分的影响

Effects of biochar on tobacco yield, quality and soil nutrients under deep tillage and green manure treatments

  • 摘要: 为探索深耕和绿肥掩青条件下生物炭对烟叶生产的影响,通过设置大田试验,分析了不同生物炭用量及施用方式对烟株农艺性状、经济性状、烟叶化学成分以及土壤养分和微生物数量的影响。结果表明,深耕或绿肥掩青条件下,施用生物炭可增加烤烟株高、有效叶片数、茎围和叶面积等农艺性状指标,提高烤烟产量、产值和上等烟比例,改善烤烟化学成分的协调性。生物炭可提高土壤有机质、溶解性有机碳、总氮、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾等养分含量。与深耕配施生物炭相比,绿肥掩青配施生物炭更有利于土壤细菌和真菌的繁殖。综合比较,绿肥掩青配合撒施4 500 kg/hm2或穴施750 kg/hm2生物炭对增加豫中烟田的土壤养分以及提高烤烟产质量和经济性状的效果较佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the effects of biochar on tobacco leaf production under the treatments of deep tillage and green manure, field experiments were conducted to analyze the effects of different biochar application rates and application methods on the agronomic traits, economic traits and chemical composition of tobacco leaves, soil nutrients and microbial quantity. The results showed that the application of biochar under these conditions could improve the agronomic trait indexes such as plant height, leaf number, stem circumference, leaf area, thus increase the yield and output value of tobacco leaves, as well as the proportion of high grade leaves and promote the harmony of chemical composition of tobacco leaves. Biochar could raise the contents of soil organic matter, dissolved organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium. Compared with the combined treatment of deep tillage and biochar, the treatment of green manure and biochar was more beneficial to the reproduction of soil bacteria and fungi. By comprehensive comparison, green manure combined with spreading biochar over fields at the rate of 4 500 kg/hm2 or applying biochar in holes at the rate of 750 kg/hm2 had better effects on increasing soil nutrients as well as improving the quality and yield of flue-cured tobacco in central Henan Province.
