Progress on plant phenomics big data and their application in tobacco research

  • 摘要: 随着高通量植物表型采集技术的不断发展和完善,产生了大量的植物表型数据,日渐形成植物表型组学大数据。为了解植物表型组学的发展状况,从而为从事植物表型研究和烟草表型研究的人员提供有益参考,回顾了植物表型组学大数据相关概念的发展,重点阐述了植物表型组学大数据研究现状,主要包括植物表型数据采集的设备和技术方法、植物表型数据管理现状、植物表型数据分析方法,以及植物表型数据在植物育种尤其是第四代大数据智能辅助育种上的应用情况,同时较为全面地介绍了植物表型组学大数据在烟草研究中的应用现状并对该领域今后的发展进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: With the improvement of high-throughput plant phenomics technology, huge amounts of plant phenotypic data have been produced, and then the plant phenomics big data has been developed. To understand the development of plant phenomics big data and to offer references for researchers working on plant research and tobacco phenotypes, the development of plant phenomics big data concept was reviewed, and the research status of plant phenomics big data, including data acquisition, data management, data analysis, and application in plant breeding, especially in the usage of fourth generation of intelligent big data, was described. Moreover, the application of plant phenomics data in tobacco breeding was introduced and the future development of researches in that field was proposed.
