ZB45异型硬盒硬条包装机组的设计

Design of ZB45 packing line for cigarette cartons of special size

  • 摘要: 为解决人工包装异型烟生产效率低和包装质量不稳定等问题,在传统ZB45硬盒硬条包装机组基础上,通过改进烟包堆叠工艺路线,重新计算传动比以及设计提升器和双联输出推手装置,研制了ZB45异型硬盒硬条包装机组,实现了异型烟自动化包装。以广东中烟工业有限责任公司生产的"邮喜"牌卷烟为对象,对改进后机组进行运动仿真和现场测试,结果表明:①推手装置的运动规律符合设计要求,推手凸轮最大进程压力角为45.14°,符合压力角许用要求;凸轮最小曲率半径满足凸轮滚子半径10 mm的结构要求;②ZB45机组整机运行稳定,平均噪声82.1 dB,有效运行率89.4%,包装质量合格率达到100%,均符合相关标准要求。该技术可为提高卷烟包装机组生产适应性提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To achieve higher efficiency and better packing quality in packing cigarette cartons of special size, a ZB45 cigarette packing line was modified to replace manual cartoning by improving packets collation, recalculating the transmission ratio, and designing new elevator and discharge pusher. Through motion simulation and on-site test, the modified packing line was tested with cigarette brand "Youxi" in China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Limited Corporation, the results showed that:1) The movement of the pusher satisfied the design requirements; the maximum pressure angle 45.14° of the pusher cam and the curvature radius(10 mm) of cam were design specification compliant. 2) The packing line ran smoothly with the average noise level of 82.1 dB, the effective running efficiency was 89.4% and the qualified rate of packing reached 100%, which all met the requirements of relative standards. This technology provides a support for promoting the adaptability of packing lines.
