活化陶瓷球处理水的分析评价及在卷烟生产中的应用

Analysis and evaluation of activated ceramic ball-treated water and its application to cigarette production

  • 摘要: 为提高卷烟抽吸的舒适性,利用活化陶瓷球活化处理水,通过对活化水的渗透、吸收性能及与烟丝的缔合程度等指标分析评价,改良卷烟生产用水。结果表明:①软化水、矿泉水、纯水的17O核磁共振半幅宽(简称半幅宽)存在较大差异,其中软化水的半幅宽较大,纯水的较小;②不同的活化陶瓷球处理后水的半幅宽大都有所降低,水的聚集状态发生改变。用筛选确定的FQ02活化陶瓷球处理矿泉水1号,活化水的半幅宽最高降低37.27%;③活化水的浸润、渗透、吸收性能及与烟丝的缔合程度均优于软化水;④将活化水应用于卷烟加工过程后,卷烟烟气的浸润感有所增加,干燥刺激有所减弱,柔和圆润有改善。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the sensory comfortability of cigarette smoke, the water used in cigarette production was optimized by evaluating the permeability and absorption properties of water treated with activated ceramic balls as well as its degree of association with cut tobacco. The results showed that: 1) The 17O NMR full widths at half maximum intensity (FWHMI) differed greatly among the softened water, mineral water and pure water, and the FWHMI of the softened water was the highest and that of pure water was the lowest. 2) After treatment with different activated ceramic balls, the FWHMIs of most of the water samples were reduced due to the variations of aggregation state of water molecules. Using the selected activated ceramic ball FQ02 to treat mineral water sample No.1, the FWHMI of the activated water was reduced by 37.27% at the highest. 3) The infiltration performance, permeability, absorption property and the degree of association with cut tobacco of the activated water samples were better than those of untreated softened water. 4) The infiltration sensation of cigarette smoke was increased, the irritation and dryness were weakened, and the mildness and mellowness were improved after the activated water was applied to cigarette production.
