转接盘式空腔复合滤棒基棒转接装置的研制

Development of base rod transfer device with rotary plates for combined cavity filter rods

  • 摘要: 为解决现有空腔复合滤棒基棒转接装置定位精度低等问题,基于转接盘定位技术,设计了一种空腔复合滤棒基棒转接装置。该装置由3个转接盘和1个基座组成,利用齿定位方式实现了基棒固定间距排列和高速转接。以YL22滤棒成型机为对象,采用细支和常规卷烟滤棒对该装置进行测试,结果表明:在满足稳定生产要求下,两种空腔复合滤棒的最佳成型速度为150 m/min,卡棒频次不超过10次/d,相位合格率达到99.97%。该方法可为提高复合滤棒成型质量和生产效率提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the positioning accuracy of the existing transfer device for base rods of combined cavity filter rods, a base rod transfer device based on rotary plate positioning technology was designed. The device consisted of three rotary plates and a base, and it was able to transfer the base rods at high speed while keeping an equal space by means of tooth positioning. The designed device was tested on a YL22 filter rod maker by producing filter rods for slim cigarettes and those for conventional cigarettes. The results showed that under the stable production conditions, the optimal production speed for the two kinds of combined cavity filter rods was 150 m/min, the blockage frequency was less than 10 times per day, and the rate of accurate phase position reached 99.97%. This method provides a support for improving the forming quality and production efficiency of combined filter rods.
