烟蚜茧蜂对麦田蚜虫的防治效果

  • 摘要: 为发掘利用麦田麦蚜自然繁育烟蚜茧蜂的潜力,建立蚜虫生态区域联防联控体系,以麦田自然发生麦蚜为防控对象,在麦田中释放单位面积不同数量的烟蚜茧蜂,调查并分析了释放烟蚜茧蜂与化学药剂处理和空白对照田块烟蚜茧蜂对麦蚜的寄生率、麦蚜虫口减退率、防治效果以及小麦产量指数等参数。结果显示,在麦田中麦蚜平均数量达到300头/百株时,烟蚜茧蜂释放量90 000头/hm2时可较好地控制麦蚜为害;释放烟蚜茧蜂20 d后对麦蚜的寄生率达73.94%,对麦蚜的防治效果达86%以上,与化学药剂的防治效果相当;释放烟蚜茧蜂后麦田中自然天敌昆虫得到了有效保护。烟蚜茧蜂防治麦蚜的增产效果显著,平均增产率达15.1%。因此利用烟蚜茧蜂可有效防治小麦蚜虫,增加麦田自然烟蚜茧蜂的种群数量,降低烟田烟蚜生物防治成本。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the natural breeding potential of Aphidius gifuensis by using aphids in wheat fields and to establish the inter-regional aphid prevention and control, wheat aphids occurred naturally in the fields were taken as sample objects, A. gifuensis were released in wheat fields at different population densities, and the parasitism rate of A. gifuensis in wheat aphids, aphid reduction rate, the control efficiency of A. gifuensis on wheat aphids and wheat yield indexes with the release of A. gifuensis, chemical agent treatments and the blank control were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that, when the average population density of wheat aphids reached 300 per 100 plants, releasing 90 000 A. gifuensis per hectare could control wheat aphid damage very well; on the 20th day after the releasing of A. gifuensis, the parasitism rate of A. gifuensis in wheat aphids was 73.94%, the control efficiency of A. gifuensis on wheat aphids was over 86%, which was equivalent to that of chemical pesticides. The natural enemies in wheat fields were well protected by the release of A. gifuensi, and the average yield increased 15.1%. Therefore, A. gifuensis could effectively control wheat aphids, increase the population of natural A. gifuensis in wheat fields and reduce the cost of biological control for Myzus persicae in tobacco fields.
