卷烟成品物流往复式穿梭车一轨双车运行模式的实现

Realization of one-rail double-vehicle system in finished cigarette product warehousing

  • 摘要: 为解决卷烟成品入库物流中往复式穿梭车一轨单车模式存在的运行效率较低、因穿梭车故障导致物流中断等问题,采用一轨双车运行模式,在卷烟成品入库环节的码垛站台、穿梭车和输送机之间,通过AB与PHOENIX跨平台PLC交互以及PHOENIX同平台PLC交互,设计了跨平台多PLC控制方式。当穿梭车发生故障时,实现了双车正常模式与单车应急模式之间的快速切换。以玉溪卷烟厂卷包车间为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后穿梭车系统入库能力提高10.3盘/h,能够满足生产入库需求;通过单、双车运行机制实现应急入库,切换时间为5 min/次,保障物流不中断。该技术可为提高穿梭车卷烟成品入库效率提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To pursue high efficiency and avoid emergent interruption in finished cigarette product warehousing, a system featured one-rail with two reciprocating shuttle vehicles was designed. A cross-platform multi-PLC control means for the palletizing station, shuttle vehicles and conveyors was developed through the cross-platform interaction between AB and PHOENIX PLCs and intra-platform interaction between PHOENIX PLCs. In case of shuttle vehicle failures, the double-vehicle normal mode switches rapidly to the single-vehicle emergency mode. A test was conducted in the Cigarette Manufacturing Department of Yuxi Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the capacity of the designed system increased by 10.3 pallet/hour, which met the requirements of production. The switch between single-vehicle and double-vehicle running modes took 5 min, and the interruption of product handling was avoided. This technology provides a support for improving the efficiency of cigarette warehousing via shuttle vehicles.
