烟草根结线虫病生防菌株TB-68的鉴定及室内防效测定

Identification of biocontrol strain TB-68 and its control efficiency against tobacco root knot nematode in greenhouse

  • 摘要: 为寻求新的烟草根结线虫生防资源,通过形态学特征和16S rDNA分析对前期分离到的1株根结线虫生防细菌TB-68菌株进行种类鉴定,并通过室内离体活性测定和盆栽试验研究了TB-68菌株对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果。鉴定和研究结果显示,TB-68菌株为贝莱斯芽胞杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),该菌株发酵滤液原液对根结线虫二龄幼虫的校正死亡率达91.7%,卵孵化抑制率达81.8%;TB-68菌株发酵液200 mL/株灌根处理对烟草根结线虫病的室内盆栽防治效果达64.4%,此外,TB-68菌株发酵滤液能够显著降低根结线虫卵囊总糖和总蛋白含量(质量分数)。表明贝莱斯芽胞杆菌TB-68菌株在烟草根结线虫病的绿色防控上具有较大的开发潜力。

     

    Abstract: In order to search for new biocontrol agents for tobacco root knot nematode, strain TB-68 was identified by morphology and 16S rDNA sequence analyses. Its control efficiency against tobacco root knot nematode was evaluated through in vitro activity tests in greenhouse and pot experiments. The results showed that strain TB-68 was identified as Bacillus velezensis. The relative mortality of the second stage juvenile of root knot nematode and the inhibition rate of egg hatch due to TB-68 fermentation filtrate reached 91.7% and 81.8%, respectively. The control efficiency of the treatment using 200 mL fermentation filtrate per plant in the greenhouse reached 64.4%. In addition, TB-68 fermentation filtrate could significantly reduce the contents of total sugar and total protein in the eggs of root knot nematode. The results indicated that strain TB-68 had a great potential for the green control of tobacco root knot nematode.
