非空调环境下制丝车间微雾加湿控制系统的设计

Design of micro-fog air humidifying system for non-air-conditioned primary processing department

  • 摘要: 为解决干燥季节非空调环境下制丝车间相对湿度低而造成烟丝含水率波动大等问题,设计了一种微雾加湿控制系统。基于车间原有送新风系统,在新风入口处配置微雾加湿控制系统,通过生产区域的湿度传感器对加湿量进行控制,减小环境湿度波动,提高烟丝含水率稳定性。以龙岩烟草工业有限责任公司生产的“七匹狼”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:应用微雾加湿控制系统后,干燥季节非空调环境下车间批次间相对湿度稳定性提升56.3%,烘后叶丝、掺配梗丝以及加香后烟丝的含水率批次间稳定性分别提升19.0%、12.9%和30.8%。该技术可为提高烟丝加工工艺质量提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to minimize the fluctuation of moisture content in cut tobacco due to the lower relative humidity in dry seasons in a non-air-conditioned primary processing department, a micro-fog air humidifying system was designed on the basis of the existing fresh air supplying system in the primary processing department. The said control system was arranged at the inlet of fresh air and the amount of water addition was controlled by the humidity sensor at the operational site to maintain desired environmental humidity and stabilize the moisture content in cut tobacco. The micro-fog air humidifying system was tested on the cigarettes of brand "Septwolves" in Longyan Tobacco Industrial Limited Corporation. The results showed that the inter-batch stability of relative humidity in the non-air-conditioned primary processing department in dry seasons increased by 56.3%, and the inter-batch consistencies of moisture contents in dried, stem-blended and flavored cut tobacco raised by 19.0%, 12.9% and 30.8% respectively. This technology provides a support for improving the processing quality of cut tobacco.
