ZB45包装机组安全联锁装置失效预警系统的设计

Design of early warning system for safety interlock malfunction of ZB45 packing line

  • 摘要: 为解决ZB45包装机组安全联锁装置人工巡检方式效率低的问题,应用人工智能技术设计了一套安全联锁装置失效预警系统。通过改造数据采集系统,提取与防护罩相关的特征信息,构建了预测安全联锁装置有效性的特征数据集,并基于非线性支持向量机(Non-Linear Support Vector Machine)算法建立了预测模型。以条盒包装机出口防护罩安全联锁装置失效预测模型为例进行测试,结果表明:模型预测精度为99.2%,准确率为94.7%,查全率为94.7%,较人工巡检方式精度提高3.1百分点,查全率提高47.4百分点,弥补了人工巡检方式的不足。该技术可为提高卷烟生产设备安全管理水平提供支持。

     

    Abstract: To replace operator's patrol inspection, an early warning system for safety interlock malfunction was designed for ZB45 packing line by adopting artificial intelligence technology. Via rebuilding the data acquisition system and extracting the characteristic information related to protective covers, the characteristic data set for predicting the effectiveness of safety interlocking was constructed, and the prediction model was established based on non-linear support vector machine algorithm. The prediction model for the safety interlock of outlet protective cover in a cartoner was tested as an example, and the results showed that the prediction precision of the model reached 99.2% with the accuracy rate of 94.7% and the recall ratio of 94.7%, the precision increased by 3.1 percentage points and the recall ratio raised by 47.4 percentage points comparing with manual inspection. This technology provides a support for promoting the safety management level of cigarette production equipment.
